I have been with choice home warranty for a while and have had several plumbing issues, and have worked with several plumbing companies. Service has been so awful I have had to request that certain companies never get assigned to my work orders. It was getting to the point that I was thinking about finding a new warranty company b/c of the service I was getting. Recently I had a leak and Happi plumbing was assigned. First they waited for me to get home b/c I was late, and they still greeted me with a smile. The technicians were knowledgeable, took their time to find the issue, explained everything to me, and quickly fixed my issue. This was the most painless service I received from a plumbing company. The recent project I had at my rental property to replace the whole pipe of the house to PEX. Nice job well done, and they are also really considerate, they took specific measurements about the open drywall in order for me to take the quote from Handyman. My house’s water pipes have noises when the taps are on. Called Happi plumbing. Mr Liu is very professional. He arrived on time and tested the pipe pressures. He explained what causes the problems and provided an estimate before doing the job. He fixed the issue and offered a reasonable price. Will use him again!

I use Happi Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Recently he replaced my outside Backflow valve which burst over the winter. He ordered the part and replaced it fast and professionally. He also replaced my Breaker seals on my outside faucets which were leaking. What I like about Ben and his staff at Happi Plumbing is that they don’t turn small jobs into big jobs.
